Guest will arrive into Bahia (via SSA Salvador International Airport - Deputado Luís Eduardo Magalhães ) where they will be transferred to the hotel located in the central Salvador area of Bahia. Once settled in, Guests will have time to mingle before we have our meet & greet dinner.
On day 2, we will tour the lower city, "Cidade Baixa". We will make stops at Mercado Modelo and São Joaquim Fair. The Tour follows Fernando da Cunha Street towards Senhor do Bomfim Church for a photo stop and to tie you ribbon around the church gate. After the visit, we will pass by the Dike do Tororó, overlooking the Orixás Lake and where the Fonte Nova Stadium is located.
On day 3, we will visit the heart of the historic district of Salvador, Pelourinho, to explore some of the most beautiful sites of the city. With our local guide, we will stroll through the streets of this UNESCO-listed World Heritage site, where music and dancing happens from dusk until dawn, upholding the area's reputation as the cradle of Brazilian music. Stop by a local bar or restaurant for traditional Bahian food and drinks (own expense)
On day 4, we will have a free day for you to enjoy the beach and explore the night life of the city.
On Day 5, we’ll embark on a scenic day‑trip to Praia do Forte and Guarajuba. Upon arrival in Praia do Forte, often called the “Brazilian Polynesia,” you'll have time to explore the charming fishing village and unwind on its clear, tranquil beaches. We’ll then continue to Guarajuba Beach, known for its calm waters, natural pools, and vibrant local beach bars. Enjoy a relaxing afternoon with the option to savor authentic Baiano cuisine and refreshing drinks by the sea.
On Day 6, enjoy a free day to explore Salvador at your own pace or simply relax. For those looking to dive deeper into local culture, an optional capoeira workshop is available—offering a hands-on introduction to this dynamic Afro-Brazilian martial art, accompanied by traditional music and movement. Whether you choose to join the lesson or spend the day soaking in the city’s vibrant atmosphere, the day is yours to enjoy.
On Day 7, enjoy a relaxing day trip from Salvador to the beautiful island of Itaparica, where you’ll visit Restaurante Manguezal, a charming beachfront spot nestled between the sea and mangroves. Here, you can unwind in tranquil waters and savor authentic Bahian cuisine in a peaceful setting. This day offers a perfect blend of nature, culture, and delicious food to round out your Bahia adventure.
On day 8, we will all pack up and head back home after a great vacation with your new friends and family from The Flight Life Group!

All monthly deposits are used to secure accommodations, transportation, and group activities.
Deposits must be paid each month to maintain your reservation on the trip.
❌ Cancellation Policy
If a traveler cancels their trip, the following applies:
Time of Cancellation Refund Policy
90+ days before trip Refund of any amount paid minus deposits.
60–89 days before trip Refund of 50% of amount paid.
30–59 days before trip Refund of 25% of amount paid.
Less than 30 days No refund (due to pre-paid group expenses)
50% payment is due by Jan 15th 2026
Full payment is due February 15 2026
